Absolute no service from Sapcor Bloemfontein

After a house ******* a claim was submitted to Sapcor Bloemfontein. After numerous emails and telephone calls from my broker, a lady by the name of Sandra, who i understand is working with our claim, did not till date respond in any form to one of our enquiries. My broker was told that she will only speak directly to the client but till date not a single email or call has been answered or i have been contacted directly as she claimed she would do. This has been going on for more than 30 working days .It is the most unprofessional service i have ever encountered. I have been a client with Sapcor for several years, but believe me, i would not advise anybody to deal with this branch of Sapcor.
