WILL /Assessment Complaint - Unprofessionalism and poor communication

Good day I was enrolled with SANTS for a B.Ed Foundation Phase and completed the requirements in 2022. The only remaining requirement is Work Integrated Learning. I have contacted SANTS numerous times for assistance regarding this matter. Firstly, I have not been assessed since I started in 2021, when I was doing WIL 202, as well as in2022 when I was doing 303 and 404. I reported to Mr Adolf and he promised me several times that I will be assessed. He asked me to submit the school replacement as well as a school register, I did send them to him but still no one came to assess me. Secondly, I completed my academics last year December 2022. I was supposed to graduate in May 2023 but I could not due to the pending assessment.

Why am I being punished for SANTS assessor`s failures? My life is at a standstill, I cannot apply to schools because of the institution I was studying with, I paid every cent I don`t owe anything for my studies at SANTS according to the agreement I made but today I get punished for something I do not know. The last person I talked to was Mr ***nor, he told me that "WIL session is closed" and he will notify me when it is open for next semester but I waited and waited until today. I talked to him because I want to graduate at the end of this year. I am tired of this run around, I want to graduate and receive accreditation for the Degree I have worked so hard to obtain. Not having this certificate has been a hindrance whenever I have tried to apply. This is not acceptable. I have taken many steps on my side and no one at SANTS has assisted. All I keep hearing is excuses, no one has helped with a solution. This is just incredibly frustrating.

Till this day I still do not have any response or way forward. this year I have been calling and email to Corrie Theron *** , *** Adolf Bothetele *** and many more repeatedly but they did not assist.
