Terrible service from Sants

I enrolled and paid all required initial fees in December 2024. They apparently have a new online portal system which has endless problems. The semester started early January 2025 and all assignments are due 27th February. But I have had no access to my portal until yesterday. No communication. No apologies. No study material sent. They only set up my modules yesterday. Extremely poor communication telephonically and via email. I asked for a refund as I have zero confidence in their institution. GUESS WHAT? NO RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL AS WELL.
