Poor service

The first time I contacted call center around (11:25)the lady answered said nothing and continued minding her own business while I am on the line busy saying hello ...Then I hanged up and dialed the call center number again around (11:26)She answered , I explained how I would like to be assisted she started being very rude and did not explain things to details such as giving options on how one can apply that alone is a hit that she doesn't really know what she is doing and when I asked more questions she was irritated and getting even more rude and when I told her that I don't like how she spoke with me and that's not a good customer services she further continued and asked if i know the difference between shouting and answering then she immediately put me on hold after she said that. ***
