Lack of efficiency

Booked at Santorini in Margate. When I reported after check in that the microwave is not working, I was accused that I broke it because according to them no one entered the premises after they took a video showing everything is working. I have requested feedback and reports and also reported this to sa venues as feedback yet no response.
