Worst service ever

I have booked at so many places before but Santorini guest house in Amanzimtoti has to be one of the worst service. They have a NON negotiable breakage deposit that is almost the price of the room you need to pay before being given access to your room and they have strict no refund policies that make it almost impossible for you to recoup your money after making any form of payment. When you call the facility, they take hours to answer and if you want to change your reservation name to someone else, they decline and would rather your booking get wasted. I have had the worst experience with this establishment and I wouldn't recommend anybody to go unless you want to regret like I did.
