Absolutely Rude staff

Receptionist guy is very rude!!! has no way of speaking to guests and made us pay twice for drinks that were taken from the fridge. He was rude to us on the phone when we tried to speak with him.

Beautiful place but staff seriously needs to learn how to treat guests.
