Sandton Appliance Repair - poor service
On 13 Dec 2025 I got them in to repair our Defy tumble-dryer. They came in, replaced a part and invoiced me R1,600 which I paid. On 15 Dec 2025, I contacted them again, the drum of the tumble-dryer was not turning. They came in, replaced the belt and charged me R400. Total paid R2,000. Tried the tumble-dryer on the 19th of Dec 2025 - not working again. From then onwards, our calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored and eventually, on 5 Jan 2026, they messaged to say they would come check it on Wednesday, 7 Jan 2026. On Thu, 8 Jan 206, I sent them another WhatsApp message, which was read by them, but no action was taken on their side. Today, Monday, 12 Jan 2026, my calls are still being ignored, and there has been no show at home for the repair to occur.
