Yokama's service was average

Yokama's service was average. She took very long with the call, could not find the additional vehicle I was trying to insure and when I asked for my premium to be reviewed on my currently insured vehicle (for which I have had the same insurance for almost 5 years without claims), I was told that they could knock R50 off, but the review date is 1 Dec and the premium will increase in any event. I will be searching for another insurer soon.
