Wrong debit order amount

Please tell my why Santam tried to debit my account R4900 where my policy was re- instated and premium provided is R1300 the premium that is written and discussed on the call is R1,5k that needed to go off today. Please explain to me how this debit was even authorized as R4,9k in the ****** first place.
