Written off vehicle not removed from my name

Santam has not removed a written off vehicle from my name for more than a year.<br> I have been trying for the last four months to get any response from them.<br> They are telling me they don't have the original paperwork, however i handed in the documents and keys in personally at the Menlyn branch. How could they have made a pay out if they did not have the documents? <br> <br> All my emails to Deloshnee has been ignored for almost a month. So suddenly i have to go try and find a document i don't have in my possession anymore. <br> Please don't do business with Santam as they do not respond to any written questions
