Would not recommend

My iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I insured with Santam, was ****** on 20 December 2025. I am still waiting for my payout. I had to buy my OWN iPhone from Facebook Marketplace. What is the point in having phone insurance if at the end of the day I have to replace my phone at my own accord? I am still waiting day by day to get my payout. This phone I have now is so, so ***. Like so ***. I have no storage. My battery dies within hours. The camera is **********. I just want a proper phone again.
