Worst service I’ve ever experienced

I’ve been a SANTAM client for years. I’ve had the worst service trying to get a scratch repaired on my car. First the claims consultant Gwendoline booked the car into Spraycraft in Bellville, then Durbanville panel beaters... all the while I kept asking my car is still under warrantee is this place registered with vw. Finally it got booked into Bernie’s Coachworks. I also have car hire on my policy so I booked this through my broker. What a nightmare. No phone call to arrange, was suppose to get the car at 8 it’s 12 now and Europcar phoned to tell me it’s a Bakkie not an suv... I’m ready to cancel all my policies. I managed to talk to the Manager Violet but still waiting for her to phone back.

Still no car and now europcar wants me to pay a R255 delivery fee for your messup. Ridiculous bad service. You lost me as a client from commercial and house.

The saga continues:

On Friday I get an sms from Europcar to return the car before 5:30pm and the panelbeaters at that stage did not indicate at all that my car will be ready. I was then instructed by my broker that Liezel *** has said: if the car is ready to leave the hired car at Bernie's coachworks.

At 3:10pm I was informed my car is ready and then I left the car at Bernies at 3:41pm with the following kms 41419 on the clock.

On Saturday I received numerous calls from Europcar stating the car was overdue... I then spoke to Ryan and told this exactly the above. He then said they will collect the car on Monday.

On Monday I received a call from Santam from the following number *** the lady did not identify herself and I told her the same info.

Today (Wednesday) I received another call from Europcar from the following number *** I spoke to a gentleman that said again that the car is overdue...

This is really ridiculous. The right hand doesn't speak to the left hand.
