Worst service ever - Please read

Hi all.

Let me start off by saying that Santam is the worst insurance broker ever. This is the 1st ime I'm claiming and I have received the worst service by far. My house was broken into on the 9th of August and my concern has not been attended to yet.

My claims handler, Tshepiso Molefane, should be fired immediately. I don't like to name and shame people, but I am so infuriated by the lack of empathy and total disregard that this person has for the situation.

I have stated numerous times that this is a security concern and then I was told by another santam employee that I should wait for Monday, so I suppose it's ok for my wife and 2 kids( aged 6 and 8 ) to get ****d, killed or ******ed..... because I was told to wait Monday.

My wife and I were told on 3 separate occasions, by 3 separate people that our claim would be escalated and this tshepiso guy would call us, sadly that has never happened. He also replies 2 emails willy nilly, so when he feels like it.... which is almost never.

2day my wife tried to reach him again, once again..... he is unreachable. This is by far the worst insurance broker ever. Let me save alot of people alot of time and jst say that they should go with another insurer.

And santam, if u are reading this, please call me if u need clarification on this situation, looks like that's the only way 2 reach u guys..... seeing as calling santam doesn't work.
