Worst service ever!!!!

We have been in contact with Santam since the 10/8/2021, We have been a loyal client of Santam for the past 10 + years. We contacted the call center to lodge a claim but they are unresponsive and even drops the phone in your ear. We dont wish to put a company in a bad light, especially during covid times. But service is essential and we not getting it at the moment.
