Worst service ever

This is now the third complaint. After a big struggle through Claims Department it eventually reached Lesego Matlhabane, the Digital Motor Adjuster. Who promised on the 20th December to get back to me on the 21th December with a final prize on repairs which he promised himself to do after consulting with the panelbeater. He never did, neither is he or anyone from Santam responding to my mails. Keegan Chetty, Stephan Olivier, Brent Porter who got c'cd in the correspondence, (not sure why, if they are managers??) also didnt bother to respond or to give their client the best service possible. Stephen Olivier did try in the beginning and at least got things rolling after they unexplainedly just closed the claim case for no reason whatsoever!! Dont you know Santam, you are actually dealing with actual human beings called customers?? Worst service ever. Im not sure I understand how someone does a job, gets paid for it, but then behave in such a manner and not do what they are supposed to do.

Good day,
We are really sorry about the lack of communication and misunderstanding between yourself and the assessor appointed. We agree, it should have been communicated clearer to you what the next steps would be for you to ensure that your vehicle gets repaired.
Your excess of R3500 equals the damage to your vehicle so Santam would not authorise the repairs on your vehicle.
As the assessor says in his response to you, you can negotiate a better price directly with the repairer or if you wish, you may take the vehicle to another repairer and find out if they could possibly repair it for less.
Thank you and kind regards.
