WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>took cover on my 2 vehicles and house hold contents from Santam. They gave me better rates but when they started debiting my account the amount that was agreed upon. was not the same as per our agreement. I did speak to a sales advisor but he could not give me a reason for why they took extra money. The advisor said that they will get back to me but nothing has happened as yet. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for the so called leader in the market. If this is not rectified I will go back to my previous insurer. </p>
