Worst service ever

<p>My bakkie had been a still standing parked vehicle when one of santams customers had reverced into causing R14000 damage..I was asked to present santam with 3 quotes..all 3 were more or less the same value for new parts... I had only bought my bakkie 4 mnths prio to the accident.. almost 4 months later i get a call stating that santam will only be paying out the amount of R5100 for pirot parts or as they state new parts without the chev stamp which in my eyes are not original.. Santams argument is it is not a saftey hassid to use these parts BUT for me even if not saftey hasid it still affects the value of my bakkie...my bakkie was all original and in 100 percent perfect order before the damage and I want it as it was before damage and not (PIRATED)...how can you ask me for 3 quotes and then still refuse to pay out the amount stating on them?? What service is this... my vehicle value drops because Santam refuses to pay out the original amount because they want to save money...what a load of bull****.. you rob people of thousands of rands each month who dont ever claim but yet pay their full instalment each month then still refuse to pay the proper amount to be fixed the proper way with original parts..</p>
