Worst service and no support!

I am disappointed with the service I got regarding my 1st claim experience. 1 unfortunately my bumper got damaged at work whilst I was rostered to be on call that same night but that was okay because I called to report this accident through the call centre person whom registered the claim. 2. My car got assessed by a Santam approved panel beater, Santam send me an email with information on when my car should go in for repairs and expected duration of days. 3. I write emails to Santam and my broker to please check if I will be getting a courtesy car for work on Monday, but I had to get my colleague to come fetch me from the panel beaters as no arrangement had been made. 4. Emails and phone call exchanges were made as the day progressed and the car to be delivered never came. 14h30 I had decided to call the call centre only to be told that no one had tried to get me a rental car. 5. I then arrange the rental car and sent an email to John at Santam and my broker asking what the problem was. I left work at 18h00 to catch a cab as my request to have a car delivered fell on deaf ears, on my way to EuropCar made numerous unanswered phone calls to find out if I will be getting an automatic car as matter of preference. I got there and no one was at reception, waited and called soo many times, then finally came a lady who told me it would R1400 for rental and another R1200 for an automatic car which can't be arranged. 4. Reported to my broker that this day has been horrible as it is and I am now catching a cab home without a car, again not a single route cause for this mistake was highlighted or even a simple apology followed. 5. Tuesday I caught a cab to work as early as possible as I work in a Paediatric ICU, NOBODY checked up on me if I was assisted, NOBODY cared enough to at least make things right,it was like....I actually DON'T exist. 6.I have been neglected to deal with Santam'sess up never mind leaving work late without a car or even putting my work at risk because of this inconvenience. This service or lack of will be taken up as far as it should go especially when no one was held accountable to this mistake and the client was left to sort things out on her own with no apologies or rectification of this chaos. Again, I work in an ICU and this was just a stressor I never saw coming especially from such a well known and trusted company. I say once bitten twice shy.
