Worst service and advice to keep away from santam

I have policy *** and I have been a policy holder for excess of forty years and very few claims Now I need to claim for a power surge and I get told that they will cover R5000-00 only and my excess would be R2500-00 This I see a ******** and totally unacceptable. My advice to anyone with santam...run and head for the hills...get some other company to cover your goods and you may just get paid out after so much loyalty and when you need them they will be there
