Worst service

Had the worst service from santam my claim was authorized after almost 3weeks and i believe that was also because i had to fight with the lady.they finally authorized it on the 20th of January ,it is the 8th of February now still waiting for parts.had they not took long to authorize my claim maybe the parts would be here by now.im told the parts will be available on the 28th of February.
