Worst person to help people

It's now 6 months and am still battling to get Santam to do a settlement for us and sent it to Outsurance to pay us the money that must be paid am phoning them and asking for 6 months now and i don't get any response the person that's working with ouer claim is PHALA OMPOLOKILE and i phoned him also but get no were. Santam is taking there time to pay out the settlement to Outsurance so they can pay the money to us. I will tell people never ever to go with Santam or Outsurance ever when you pay our instalments every month they love that but when it comes to pay you money there are always something am tiered of waiting for my money how can it take 6 months to give you back your money please can some one help me here.. They are worst insurance company i have ever come a cross and people must think twice before they go with them..
