Worst Insurance out there

This must be one of the worst insurers out there, and their advertising does not equal what they actually does for their customers. We had bad flooding last year and my property and house was damaged, i lodged a claim and only weeks later they send a assessor out. my front wall was damaged, i must state that this was build to engineers spec, plans drawn up approved by municipal engineers and then build, pool sank one side over 3 cm and paving over 4 cm some places, pool damaged badly with all the muck in pool pump also blown as was water logged. it has been more than a year later still they are looking for excuses not to honor claim, not even getting back to you the only thing they approved was gutters and pool pump??? not cleaning the black germ invested pool, not repairing wall or paving, pool has even cracked on one side but still looking for any excuse not to repair. the approval letter needs your signature and state no further claim once signed , so if you except gutters and pool pump claim closed ?? Please if you are out there and need insurance please be careful whom you chose as they all hide behind their advertising while their customers suffer the losses. Santam insurance is most definitely one of the worst if not the worst out there
