Worst insurance ever!!!!!

Santam is the wors insurance company I've ever been with. If I knew they were this pathetic I would've never left my previous insurance just to save an extra vew bucks. They are quick to take you money every month but when you need to claim there is 100 excuses or nor willing to assist you. They are not truthful from the beginning when you ask them 3 times about your. They told me I only have an excess for power surge and for my windscreen. And I ask them multiple times is that all I have the said yes thats all they can see. Now that I need to claim. There pops up an excess that they didn't tell me about an on top of that there is a limit on a claim like this. It's not my fault someone tried toe brake in to my car. They have a lot of hidden agendas Santam to catch you with , if you want to claim. I just had problems with them from the beginning. I will never ever stay with them or tell anyone to go with santam. It will be the worst decision they will make. I have lot more to say but ja.... I'm not angry... just disappointed. I'm kidding I'm passed. SANTAM YOU SUCK!!!!!
