Worst insurance Ever

Its been over 3 months now that a claim was logged with Santam an till today I am still waiting for response from the so called assessor, I was requested to submit documents from: 1. The motor vehicle license 2. The quotations of the damage 3. The photos of the vehicle 4. The copy of id and driver’s license 5. The no claim letter or an affidavit of no insurance 6. The registration certificate ( please see attached the example of the registration certificate) an all the above took time and money to get, an i submitted them 2 months ago, an its been 2 months now since I was told an assessor would be in touch with am still waiting even today
