Worst Insurance Company

I put through a claim for hail damage on my car. I chose a panel beater of my choice. But the claim consultant Lester Wright is referring to absolutely kuk panel beaters. He is being so pushy. Now he doesnt even have the decency to get back to me on my claim. I am literally sitting and playing a waiting game. Never will i refer friends or family to insure their vehicles etc with Santam. Worst insurance company with useless employees.
