Worst customer service

They don't care about their customers, it took them 9 days to validate the claim and they assigned someone to ensure the vehicle is assessment ready, of which it was ready but when I called them to follow up because i have been waiting for days again, they told they didn't receive the quote from the bodyworks and that was a they sent it the same day i was there. Now that they have opened the email from the bodyworks i was hoping they will give an update but they dont care at all.
