WORST COMPANY EVER DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

This is the worst company ever!! It makes me wonder how the hell they have survive this long in this industry. They are the most difficult insurance people to get hold off and when you do they don't even know what they are doing!!!!

My issues with this **** of a COMPANY!

1. Have an insurance with them that was taken out in 2019 and then in 2022 when I want to make changes to the policy, they cannot find my policy. 2. I told them to cancel my policy in May 2022 after this issue however they still debited my account. 3. Have a case number querying why they are still debiting my account and received no response however got a letter for a renewal of policy?!? ***? I did not know that cancelling a policy now means renewal.

Get better customer service and people that actually know what they are doing!!

Give me back my money and cancel my policy!!!! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
