Worst company

I think Santam has the worst service .I have been contacted by 4 agents from Santam over the last month. At first my claim was going to be paid out and then I got a call from a Baps Maniken. Always has a story. My claim was approved for R25k but now he has to come to my house for inspection. He is not interested in sorting out my claim. I work from 6h00 in the morning till 19h00 at night. Always says he will call to make appointment. Claim ***. I want it sorted today. Please get some one that can help me. I am tired of your stories
