Worst communication ever!!!!!!!

This is the worst insurance company. Never providing feedback, this is what i have been promised but I still have not received any feedback regarding my claim form Jan2019. I have followed up with Natasha Harrington, but never received any thing back from her. I would be great if you could resolve this issue regarding my claim!!!!!!! "We are proceeding with our recovery attempt against the third party's insurer and will provide feedback at least every 3 months. You will also receive feedback at the finalisation of the claim which will include reasons for the decision. "
