Worst claim experience

<p>Santam is the underwriters for Dynamic Insurance Brokers in Middleburg, and i have been battlling to get the 3rd party claim approved for 3 weeks now, as teh damage occured on 15 August 2016. It seems like not one of the two companies have any idea what they are doing, they keep on saying it the other coompanies issue now. (Ref ********** 48)</p> <p>The claim was approved, then sent back due to small print issues, and now Dynamic is referring it back, yet again.. </p> <p>It seems like they do not want to take any responsibility for the damages.</p> <p>When i informed my insurance company of the damages, they approved the claim in 24 hours, but i said it was not their claim, it was that of the coal truck's comapny, Camm Trans. </p> <p>I am the one phoning after them the whole time. Nazeem by Santam, Kedesh by Dynamic Insurance Brokers and Saghwee by Santam. Saghwee at least emailed me back, but i still had to phone him so that he can explain what he typed in his emails.... </p> <p>I can only imagine how many years Santam and Co will take to process a claim if the claim amount was larger than R1500...</p>
