Worst and utter non-existing care or service ever!

Santam staff couldn't care less about doing the job they get paid for ***********

I need a reply by today 15 May 2023 by close of business via email. my credit score has now also been adversely affected due to Santam just doing as they please without my knowledgeor consent and despite the gross negligence and utter incompetenceto collect a debit from the updated ne wbank details send in January 2023. It is now May 2023 and the only person chasing this complete lack of care and responsibility is Santam.

I am done messing about and waiting and begging for someone to actually do their job!
