I will never recommend them, due to this reason.

I drove past two accidents and moved into the slow lane. Now, I’m somehow the one at risk because of the truck that swerved in front of the bakkie I was driving behind? That truck caused the accident—impatient, careless, and completely irresponsible in how he drove. Yet, I’m the one they’re blaming? Pathetic. Why would I be a risk when my daughter was in the car with me? That alone proves how ridiculous their assessment is. I had every reason to be extra cautious, yet they’re trying to pin the blame on me instead of the truck driver who actually caused the accident. Yet there were a tracking device in the vehicle showing my speed at all times.

Both my statement and the bakkie driver’s statement are identical, yet the insurance company refuses to acknowledge the truth. Even the driver in front of me knows the truck was at fault, but they’d rather take the easy way out. This just shows how useless their so-called "investigation" is—ignoring clear evidence, dismissing matching statements, and siding with convenience instead of the truth.
