Why use Santam insurance

Yohhhhh please what ever you do, do not join Santam insurance, my husband has been a loyal customer for years, recently he was involved in an accident that resulted in our car being written off, ohk when we are supposed to get a complementary car we are told stories, fine we get a complementary car finally, now a month has elapsed now the car is taken away today, we are still waiting for the payment settlement to happen so that we can purchase a new car, we are told that our file is with their finance department and having a complementary car beyond the month they gave will be at our expense so my question is WHY get insurance because clearly being assured at your weakest is not a priority but yeah your loyal expected payments are! Children have to go to school we have to go to work mind you I'm a nurse and commuting back and forth is a problem so much for stretching myself beyond the call of duty!
