Why Santam ?

Herby I would like to tell you about the bad service I recently received by Santam. This is the first time in 10 years that I had a claim. Firstly in December my fridge packed up, I send it to get fix on my own account the first time, so it broke again and I contacted Santam, they send me to their repair serves person, who was the guy I used the first time, he wrote a report to them saying the fridge can't be repaired. For three weeks I had to live out of a cafe because Santam didn't send someone to collect the fridge and make the pay-out. Now my second encounter with them went sour again. I'm busy building at my house and ordered bricks for a door that I want to take out a close the wall, so the place where I ordered the bricks on the Thursday failed to deliver it on the day. In the meantime I took the security gate of because I'm closing the door up. So on the Friday morning I went to the place I ordered the bricks and they said sorry for not delivering the bricks, they promised on Saturday it will be there. Once again it didn't arrive. On the Saturday afternoon they broke in to my house by kicking down the door that would have been closed if the bricks arrived on time. Now Santa
