What service ?

My vehicle is at Santam's prefered panelbeater for more than a month now. First the panelbeater told me they are ulgrading their place to get a contract from Volkswagen..they place was in shambles....building material etc all over the place..from the start i was not happy with gears..they said it will be checked after body repairs.. then a panel was on back oder and will only be available after a week..then two week later that panel was painted the wrong colour..which with todays tech..it is impossible..new vehicle has a colour code and the just use that..it seems that they play for time to finish their VW upgrade and work now and then on the repair for vehicles... All has been communicated to Ellena Maditse handling the claim as well as Mr. John Brown...mails been sent...not even rep**** to. It seems if one is a small client at Santam you dont get service...its another week latr and phoned Ellena ow and she phoned panelbeater...it is at quality check now...then Santam must inspect the vehicle to approve the work and confirm it was done properly and that the gearbox is fine as a new vehicle...it was only 10 days old...Then Haval must inspect it to re instate the 5 year warranty and confirm that the gears are as new. So maybe it will take another week or two...Now it also seems that Santam could want ME to gake the vehicke to Haval for warranty re instatement...I am the client ..although a small one...Since Santam chose to repair the vehicle they must carry the responsibility for that and that it was repaired back like a new vehicle body and gears .IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDERS SANTAM USE AND IS THIS HOW THEY HANDLE IT IF A BRAND NEW VEHICLE 10 DAYS OLD GET IN A ACCIDENT ...LET THE CLIENT WAIT FOR A MONTH PLUS...I AM WILLING TO BET THAT IF IT WAS ONE OF SANTAMS BIGGGG CLIENTS ..THE VEHICLE WAS REPLACED WITHIN 5 DAYS. Good day Mr Mostert,

Thank you for your post above.
We have received an earlier post from your wife about the service and concerns and issues raised.
We have already escalated this to claims management who is attending to this matter -- we have also requested them to make contact with you to discuss and have resolved.

Thank you and kind regards.
