What a useless insurance company

Hi<br> <br> More than 4 months ago a claim was submitted via our body corporate for a burst pipe in my house, since the contractor appointed by Santam decided to keep on pushing my work aside i with numerous excuses etc, i decided to follow up, PLEASE NOTE NO FEEDBACK FROM SANTAM! the work was performed on Wednesday by Se-Rel which was disgusting to say the least! Photos was sent to Johma, this rectified but still not satisfactory! My cupboards inside design was changed at will and now i am sitting with less space than before with clothes all over my house! When i complained again the contractor said he will remove his work, which is fine with me but i want my old cupboards replaced! <br> <br> I am having NO Assistance FROM SANTAM at all, and have been informed this morning that they do not have another contractor who can do the work!<br> <br> IS THIS THE KIND OF CONTRACTORS SANTAM APPOINT? I am arranging a consultation with my Lawyer for next week and will be contacting the ombudsman as well if i do not get satisfactory feedback before close of business today! THIS IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!
