Well worth it!

Heavy weather and a lightning strike took out some of our electronic equipment. I lodged a claim with Santam and they sent an e-mail, requesting specific documentation. I sent the documentation through a day or two later, and within two hours the claim had been sorted. Later that day I received proof of payment and this morning the money was in my bank account. Thanks, Santam, at least there are still people in this lousy country we can rely on!
