Well-oiled insurance provider

I would not normally rate insurers, but I am delighted with the service from Santam for Car Insurance. I have experienced that they, as a team, go all out to drive your claim through in the shortest possible timeline, even using wisdom in places where one needs "understanding", like helping a language- and hearing-challenged elderly person. Multiple communication channels are provided, as if they wish to have contact with their client! This is exceptional, thanks to Aluta and the team, and management, who engineered such a well-oiled process. I easily recommend Santam.
