Well done Santam - it's a pleasure knowing that you have my back!

My son had his backpack ****** in London last week. In it was his life: passport, laptop, Kindle, sunglasses, charging cables, watch, etc. etc. Sanlam were amazing. From the first contact of reporting the loss, when Roland Naidoo led me (in my paniced state) through the procedure, to the competent and swift way in which the claim was processed by Nobahle Khumalo, it was an efficient and effective process. I could not recommend them more highly - what a positive experience.
