We cant rate your service because there is no Service!

We have submitted a claim to the claims department on Monday 05/12/2022 and to date only the assessor came out for a very small claim , yet to this day neither Nolwazi or manager Khensani could be reached , this is ridiculous , every month they don't wait 5 days to take their very expensive insurance premium but we have to wait 5 days for acknowledgement of a claim or feedback , this is poor customer service and will definitely look for another insurer that is interested in assisting their clients.
