Waste of time

I lodged a claim with Santam re amplifiers and under counter lighting that blew due to a power surge. Instead of telling me upfront that they do not cover the under counter lighting, I was advised that it is covered and to get quotes. 2weeks late I got the quotes, sent it to them jus to be told that they dnt cover the under counter lighting and I must call my homeowners company and claim with them...what a waste of my time. SAHL has their own service providers that they send out yet becoz of Santams incompetence I went hunting for a service provide to quote me for this...waste of my time, fone calls, sms etc...Your service is getting pathetic, from my vehicle claim and now to this and I am seriously considering taking my business away from u unless you get ur **** in order. I'm sure another insurance co will appreciate my R2300 premium per month!!!
