Was going to give Santam a poor rating because the link to declare my vehicle odometer reading expired before I could access it. Phoned Santam and spoke to Mvuyisi. He politely took my details, attended to a query I had regarding private/business use and even volunteered to get me a discount on my monthly premium. Mvuyisi changed a poor score into a great one.
