Waiting for refund
<p>I cancelled my cover with Santam on a truck that I sold in July. I was told that the installment will still go off in September but that I will be refunded within 21 days. It is now 40 days and I am still waiting for my refund after phoning 4 times and being told that they will investigate the delay. </p>
