Waiting for a claim to be approved

Hi on 12 February 2018 I made a claim on my broken washing mashine and then I got all the paper work in order ASAP but there was a problem with my first damage report so I got a second opinion from a professional ASAP and today is the 21 February 2018 and still no answer on what is going to happen with my claim and I need to purchase a new washing mashine as I cannot wash my clothes my claim no is ********** 15
