Waheeda Vallie - Awesome Service

I called Santam to cancel my policy. I was then put through to Waheeda (Retention Section). Her job was to retain and I am aware of this. Instead of working on my nerves, trying to retain me, she instead was willing to fully listen to me, make me feel important. Make certain that I am sure about the decision I'm making. She even educated me on the things to look out for. Even though I unfortunately made my mind up to continue with the cancellation, she wished me well and basically informed me Santam's doors are always open for my return. I WILL DEFINITELY consider GOING BACK to Santam should they have a better, same or even similar offer. Waheeda Vallie is the best...!!!!!
