Waheeda gave me a call regarding my query. Was very understanding, compassionate and extremely helpful. I appreciate that she went above and beyond yo verify the information she provided me was accurate and transparent. Excellent service and really hope to speak to her directly again once my issue (not Santam related) has been resolved
