VERYYY ****ED!!!!

Santam switch just decides to cancel our policies without proper communication and consultation with clients. I am told about having to had confirmed wanting to switch to santam direct but this was not communicated to me. You call the call centre, you put on hold, told that the sales team will contact you back but nothing. A full year and a half of them collecting all your premiums then you told your policy has just been canceled without proper communication!!!! At least have the audacity to call us back or give us our money back!!
