Very Very bad service from Santam

On 16 June 2024 they broke in to my mom's house. The outside bathroom was completely demolished as well as outside taps. Santam managed to fix one door thus far. We have not had water for a month now. I am following up daily. The people who has to fix this has supp**** Santam with a quote weeks ago. I am still waiting. I am seriously considering moving to an insurance where they are actually interested in assisting their customers. Policy Nr ***
