Very very bad service by Santam.

My brother's car was hijacked on the 23rd of March 2024. My brother committed suicide due to the trauma he experienced. Santam insurance agreed to pay for the car and they changed when the car was found but not in the good condition. They took the car to be fixed but the car looks horrible. I am not happy with the service rendered by Santam because the car doesn't look good at all. I thought it is only fair to just pay that car because that car is really damaged.
